Cette réforme renforcera les difficultés de ces étudiant-e-s étranger-e-s, déjà contraint-e-s de dépenser \u003Cstrong>plus de 2000 €\u003C\u002Fstrong> pour s’inscrire à l’Université en France.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>L’augmentation des frais d’inscription pour tou-te-s\u003Cbr>\nest dans les tuyaux depuis longtemps. Puisque les gouvernements ont réduit année par année le budget de l’Enseignement Supérieur et la Recherche, il faut bien trouver l’argent. Pour ça, ils commencent par augmenter les frais d’inscription des plus précaires d’entre nous pour ensuite, au nom de l’« égalité », \u003Cstrong>l’étendre aux étudiant-e-s européen-ne-s, comme cela est arrivé au Royaume-Uni.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Ça n'a rien d'un fantasme : la Cour des comptes vient de rendre un rapport recommandant cette hausse et c'était dans les "MacronLeaks", qui ont fuité en 2017. The reform will make it even harder for these students to join a university in France when they already have to spend \u003Cstrong>more than 2,000€.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The rise of tuition fees for all students has been a long time project. As Governments have reduced the budget of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation for many years, money has to be found elsewhere. To make for that they are starting with this increase for the more precarious of us, \u003Cstrong>then extending that rise to european students in the name of “equality”, exactly in the same way as they did in the United Kingdom.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Nothing delusional in that statement : the Court of Auditors recently issued a report suggesting this rise and it already was in “MacronLeaks”, the campaign mails leaked in 2017.
